According to The Times, Chelsea Winger Mohamed Salah has scheduled a discussion with Chelsea management today for sorting out his transfer.

The London club signed the Egyptian winger from Swiss giants FC Basel in January 2014 for a £11 million transfer fee.

Salah, who is dubbed as “Egyptian Messi”, gave two benchmark performances for FC Basel against two outings in the group stage of UEFA Champions League 2013-14. He scored one goal in each of the two games against the Blues.

Salah was a long term target for Chelsea’s rival cub Liverpool and Chelsea hijacked the deal to bring the Egyptian to Stamford Bridge.

But the speedy winger could not make himself as a part of the first team of the Blues with players like Hazard, Oscar and Willian in the team.

He was farmed out to Fiorentina last January to make way for Juan Cuadrado and Salah wants to stay in Serie A.

Salah was impressive for the Serie A side scoring 6 goals and assisting 3 in his 10 starts in Serie A.

He also scored twice in two games in Coppa Italia.

Chelsea are prepared to let Salah go but are keen to recoup as much of the £11m that they paid for him as possible.

Fiorentina, Inter and Juventus have all been linked with the winger but his agent has made it clear he will not go on strike to force a move.

Ramy Abbas said: “The player will go to the training camp with Chelsea.

“The English club meeet up again officially on Thursday in London, and Salah will be there with them.”
