Manchester United have been in regular transfer talks with quality players expected to join the Old Trafford club. However, if there will be new additions to the squad then players must be prepared to leave the club as well.
Keeping that in mind, Manchester United have almost cleared the way for Portuguese winger Nani to leave the club this summer. According to leading Italian newspaper, Di Marzio, United have agreed a £5.5million transfer for Nani.
Turkish club Fernabache have won the race for one time dubbed to be the next Cristiano Ronaldo. Nani fell out of favor at the club after his consistent lack of bad run of form and injuries. Nani spent last season on loan at Sporting Lisbon, where he showed glimpses of his real ability.
However, just like his Old Trafford career, he could not find consistency to his game and Louis Van Gaal has clearly told the Portuguese star that he is not needed at the club next season. Fernabache will be Nani’s next destination where he will look to regain his form and fitness ahead of Euro 2016.
It is expected that Benfica’s Nicolas Gaitan will join Manchester United as Nani’s replacement in a £21million deal after Gaitan’s agent went public stating United’s interest in signing the player and negotiations are expected to be finalized in next few weeks.
