Hosts and tournament dark horse Chile take on tournament favourites Argentina in the grand finale of the Copa America 2015. The home team have displayed some fantastic football throughout the tournament and have grabbed many eye-balls. They have performed as an unit and each and every player has delivered as and when required. Jorge Sampaoli’s men will play their heart out in the final game to lift their maiden international silverware on home soil.
Argentina are the clear favourites on paper to win the title this time. They have a world class sqaud at their disposal under the leadership of arguably world’s best player Lionel Messi. After a slow start the team has gained momentum since the last game against Paraguay. They were at their best in the semi final and crushed their opponents 6-1.
Chile’s performance is heavily depended on Alexis Sanchez and Arturo Vidal’s performance. The players have to deliver to win the title for their team. Alexis has managed to score just once in the entire tournament while Vidal has scored thrice. Another player who came upto the scenario is Eduardo Vargas who had scored a brace in the semi-final.
For Argentina Lionel Messi has scored just once. sergio Aguero netted thrice and Gonzalo Higuain and Angel Di Maria scored 2 goals. These are the players, Argentina will look upto for goals in the final.
