English clubs such as Liverpool, Stoke City and Tottenham Hotspur miss out on Xherdan Shaqiri, as Inter Milan have reached an agreement with Bayern Munich to sign the winger.
Inter Milan in a statement have announced that they have reached an agreement with Bayern Munich and only paper works are remaining to be signed.

According to La Gazetta Dello Sport, representatives of Inter visited Bayern’s headquarters on Thursday morning and meet the Bundesliga club’s chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, sporting director Martin Sammer and Shaqiri’s agent. Deal worth a reported total of 15 million euros is said to have struck.
The type of the transfer is yet to be finalised by the clubs. Various reports however indicate that Inter have convinced Shaqiri to join them, initially on a loan deal until the end of the season, but with the obligation to make it permanent in the summer, with the Switzerland international set to sign on until 2019.
Bayern Munich have also confirmed the transfer by announcing in their twitter account that a deal has been agreed between the clubs and Shaqiri will undergo a medical on Friday, before signing a contract.

Shaqiri will be Inter’s second signing of the window, after they captured Podolski on loan from Arsenal. He could make his debut at San Siro on Sunday against Genoa.
