After an emphatic victory over Middlesbrough the Reds will be busy this week in the first Merseyside derby of the season on Monday at Anfield. Everton are fresh from a victory over Arsenal and are expected to make it tough for the home side in this game.
The manager will still be without the services of Danny Ings (knee) and Philippe Coutinho (ankle) for this game against Everton. Striker Daniel Sturridge (calf) is nearing a return but will not be risked in this game while Emre Can (knee) who missed out in the last game is expected to make it to the bench. Defender Joel Matip (ankle) is still suffering with pain and may not play a role while Divock Origi who complained of a knock against Middlesbrough is set to be back in action for this game.
