17. Bournemouth:
The Cherries recorded their biggest attendance when they welcomed Manchester United for FA Cup tie in 1957. Bournemouth made a brilliant run in that edition of the FA Cup and beat Accrington Stanley, Swindon Town and Burton Albion in the early rounds. The fourth round saw the Cherries win away at First Division Wolves 1-0. This victory was followed up by a brilliant fifth round 3-1 win over Tottenham. With the team performing so well, 28,799 fans turned up to watch the game but Manchester United ended Bournemouth’s dream run with a 2-1 win.
