The biggest news of this transfer window involves a winning pair who it seems might reunite at a certain English club!

Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola yesterday revealed his future plans from which a move to the English Isles seems eminent and potentially the Etihad stadium will be the home for the Spaniard from the next season. In his 7 years at the big stage the former Barcelona players has won 19 trophies in Spain and Germany and with the aim to take on new challenges, the boss has planned to come to England and what’s comes as an added bonus for Manchester City for getting Guardiola is that they might also add one of the greatest name in the footballing world on their payroll.

Manchester City aim to make key signings as per the directions and suitability of the new manager and will put in everything to pair up Messi and Guardiola yet again to gain the benefits of that winning combination. The duo complements each other and potentially what one has achieved can be attributed to the efforts of the other. And City will be counting on the power of the former Catalan boss to get the Argentinean champion.

Though Guardiola hasn’t yet confirmed as to which club he will take over in next season, according to rumours, his likely destination will be Etihad Stadium who despite having a good run with Pellegrini will not think twice before sacking the 62 year old Chilean. Manchester City currently occupies the 3rd position in the league with 39 points from 20 games and is potential contenders to win the title this season. The current boss has accepted the plans of the club and has said “My way of thinking is that if I have the option to renew here for five years more or to win the title and be sacked, I’d prefer to win the title.” Further adding the boss added “I don’t think it is harder to sack a manager if he wins the title. If you are the owner of a club, you must have the option to replace the manager if they win the title or not. If the owners are not happy with your work, they have the right to change”.
