After his superb unveiling at Los Angeles Galaxy and the warm welcome from the fans, former Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard has quickly made Hollywood his home by moving into an astonishing $13.6 million (€12.4m) mansion.
Based in Beverly Hills, the new mega complex boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a plush kitchen for Steven, wife Alex and children Lilly-Ella, Lexie and Lourdes.
Understood be to spanning across 12,000 square feet, the Gerrard family can relax in three living rooms, an in-house cinema and, of course, a swimming pool.
Gerrard will now be able to rub shoulders with some of Los Angeles’ most famous residents, with the likes of Channing Tatum, Simon Cowell and Sofia Vergara all reportedly living close by.
Gerrard made his first appearance in front of Los Angeles Galaxy fans in style where he was unveiled for the first time during the half time of the match between LA Galaxy and Toronto FC where he was introduced onto the pitch by President Chris Klein to huge cheers from the sell out crowd at the Stubhub Center.
The former England captain made his first appearance in front of LA Galaxy fans and treated them with 500 bottles of beer.
The 35-year-old will be renting the property, which is believed to have been listed for around $45,000 (€41,000) a month due to its location and views of the surrounding areas.
The 35 year old English veteran midfielder has joined the Major League Soccer champions after his contract expiry with his boyhood club where he played for 17 years scoring 186 goals.
