Isco Reveals Where He Will Play Next Season

A number of Premier League clubs were dealt a huge blow today after Real Madrid star Isco revealed where he wants to play next season.

The Spanish international is one of the most exciting players in the La Liga at the moment.

He is a versatile midfielder who can dictate the tempo of the game from a deeper role but he has not been able to get consistent game time under Zinedine Zidane this season.

With nine goals and six assist this season, Isco has been in decent form, but has made just 26 appearances in the domestic league, most of them coming from the bench.

It has frustrated him in recent times and this has seen him linked with an exit from the Bernabeu this summer.

Zinedine Zidane is ready to spend big, now that the transfer ban is finally lifted and this has seen him linked with some of the best players in Europe.

Real Madrid are currently close to landing the La Liga title and the manager is convinced that he needs to improve on his squad to compete with the best next season.

So he is ready to let some of his star players leave this summer and disco could be one of the many leaving the club this summer.

However the 24 year old has no revealed that he wants to stay at the club and fight for his place in the first team next season.

Speaking to the media, Isco said, “I have always made it clear that I want to be here for many years.

“I don’t know why it surprises people that I want to play more.

“I want to stay in Madrid and for many years, both the club and I are going to make the right decision.”

He also went on to explain that he is happy with the manager’s decision and that it is up to him to prove himself and cement a place in the first team.

“[Zinedine] Zidane creates the line-ups and is taking the squad in an extraordinary direction,” he said.

“[The win] is a sign that he is doing things very well.

“I know that I am at the best team in the world and I try to do my job with a lot of personality,” he added.

Isco has started just 15 La Liga games this season and it will be interesting to see if he is ready to play such a role next season as well.
