Mate was in the services with Stones. He said: ‘We know it’s the board and not you’. He started crying and was pulled away by Naismith.

Chelsea is keen on signing the young defender to bolster their backline. Jose Mourinho considers Stones to be a replacement of John Terry. Chelsea had earlier placed two bids of 20 million and 26 million pounds, but Everton rejected them. It is believed that Chelsea are ready to place a 40 million pounds bid in the coming days and wrap up the deal before the transfer window closes.
