According to reports from BeIN Sports correspondent Tancredi Palmeri Jurgen Klopp might turn down the offer to join Liverpool.
The former Dortmund manager Klopp who was favourite to take over the vacant manager’s position at Liverpool left empty by Brendan Rodgers, has been in contact with Bayern Munich about taking over from Pep Guardiola at the Allianz Arena.
Some reports suggest that Klopp has already agreed a three-year deal to come to Anfield after Rodgers’ sacking but Sky Sports reported that, by Sunday evening, neither Klopp or other potential managerial target Carlo Ancelotti had been contacted.
Palmeri tweeted his claim about Klopp’s Bayern link on Monday morning, saying: “Klopp has been in talks with Bayern Munich over the last month and Bayern sounded pretty confident to sign him. What a twist this would be.”
Felix Magath, the only German to manage in the Premier League, recently said that Klopp was the ‘obvious candidate’ for the Bayern role, saying: “The question who will be Bayern’s next coach is more exciting than who will win the Bundesliga.
“Guardiola still refuses to make a decision on his future and I am sure the people in charge at Bayern are looking at alternatives. In Klopp there is a pretty obvious candidate. His agent was quick to rule out a move to Borussia Monchengladbach, probably because a bigger challenge awaits.”
“In my opinion, Klopp would be a great fit at Bayern. The team and coaching staff might be very much Guardiola-oriented at the moment, but Bayern have already shown in the past that they can be pretty flexible.”

Well only time will tell if Jurgen Klopp actually joins the Reds whose fans desperately wants the manager at their club. If Jurgen Klopp turns down the offer Carlo Ancelotti or Harry Redknap is the likely alternative at Anfield.
