The French defender has been frozen out of the first team by Jurgen Klopp who recently revealed that he will be on his way out of the club in January.
A number of Premier League clubs along with clubs from Italy and France are interested in his signature but West Brom, who were in pole position to sign him, have now dropped their interest in the 26-year old. (ESPN)
