Coutinho blow for Liverpool:
The Brazil international picked up a nasty looking ankle injury in the game against Sunderland and was stretchered off the field in the first half with heavy strapping to his leg.
He was sent for a scan early on Monday and the scan has revealed that he has an ankle ligament damage that might keep him out for 5-6 months. He might not be back in action till the end of the January. (Mirror)
