Liverpool Predicted Lineup To Face West Ham United This Weekend

After an embarrassing defeat to the Cherrie last weekend, Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool went on a bonding trip to Spain as the manger tries his best to keep the confidence in the side going after that loss. They face a flattered West Ham side, that have no real positives to take from this season and are expected to be back to winning ways this weekend. The Hammers are fresh from losses in two derbys against Tottenham and Arsenal but they have enjoyed a good run of form against the Reds, winning 3 and drawing 1 of the last 5 games between the two sides. Klopp is expected to go for the kill with his best side and here is the team that he might field for this game against West Ham:

Team News:

The Liverpool manager revealed today that Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino are back in action after complaining of some knocks. Defender Joel Matip, who missed the last game through injury is also back in action while Philippe Coutinho and Danny Ings remain long term injuries. English striker Daniel Sturridge is also out injured and Klopp said that he does not know the extent of his absence.

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Loris Karius:

Though had a game to forget at the Dean Court, Karius, has been relatively good this season and should keep his place in the side for this game.

Nathaniel Clyne:

A solid performance even in the loss to Bournemouth, Clyne, should be back in action after a week away at Spain for this weekend.

Joel Matip:

Liverpool v West Bromwich Albion - Premier League

Was dearly missed at the back for Liverpool against cherries but Matip should be back in action this week against the Hammers.

Dejan Lovren:

Made a number of mistakes in a nervy night at Dean Court but he is the first choice center back for the Reds and will keep his place in the side for this game.

James Milner:

The versatile Englishman has been an important part of the manager’s plans this season at the club at left-back and he will keep that place in the side this weekend.

Jordan Henderson:

The heartbeat of the this Liverpool midfield, Henderson, is a lively figure and has been at his best this season, and will hope to have an impact on this game.

Emre Can:

The German midfielder has scored 3 goals in his last 4 games for the Reds and is in top form ahead of this game against West Ham.

Adam Lallana:

Came is as a sub and made a difference in the game against Bournemouth and he should start this game against the Hammers.

Sadio Mane:

The Senegalese winger has been in superb form for Liverpool this season and was on target at the weekend. He should be back in action this week after nursing a knock he picked up last week.

Roberto Firmino:

The Brazilian is integral to the plans of the manager at Liverpool and he is one of the first names on the team sheet this season for the club.

Divock Origi:

Though scored the first goal of the game at the weekend, Origi, showed a lot of weaknesses in the game against the Cherries but he should yet against lead the line of attack for Liverpool at Anfield against West Ham.

This is how they would lineup:
