Liverpool U-23s manager Michael Beale has left his job at the club with immediate effect, confirmed the club.
The announcement comes amid speculations of Steven Gerrard taking up a coaching role in the academy setup. But it remains to be seen whether Reds would give the 36-year old such a high-level job in the youth setup as it could be too soon for the legendary midfielder.
Beale who has worked with Reds for the last four years will now join Brazilian league as he is set to become assistant manager at Sao Paulo.
