Liverpool are set to allow former Aston Villa man Christian Benteke to leave this summer but are only going to listen to offers close to the £32.5m they paid for his services an year ago.
The likes of Crystal Palace were believed to have closed in on his signature with a medical also reported but it is now understood that West Bromwich Albion are also looking to move for the Liverpool outcast this summer. However, Benteke is favoring a move to Palace according to reports.

Liverpool have announced the signature of Jonathan Woodgate as a part of their scouting team based in Europe.
The 36- year old Spaniard who played for Real Madrid nearly a decade ago is set to be based in Spain and Portugal for his scouting system.
