Liverpool have been one of the busiest teams this summer with manager Jurgen Klopp getting his first chance at a summer transfer window having taken over the club just last August.
The likes of Sadio Mane, Marko Grujic, and Sadio Mane are set to play a huge role under Klopp next season but the manager is also looking at some more additions to go into the next season with some depth.
And the first news coming out of Anfield today was the official announcement of the signing of the Estonia captain Ragna Klavan on a £4.2m plus add-ons.

The 30-year-old has made 108 appearances for Estonia and will provide the Liverpool defense with some experience and mettle in crunch times.
Moving on, the club have completed a deal for fringe keeper Adam Bogdan today.
The 28-year old has not been able to impress the manager in his stint with the club and will now play for Wigan Athletic on loan for the next season.
Wigan Athletic achieved promotion from League One last season as champions, and will play Bristol City in their first game since returning to the Championship on 6 August.
In other news, Liverpool’s young Belgian star Divock Origi has surprisingly attracted interests from Spanish giants Atletico Madrid.

The La Liga outfit are looking for a back-up for French starlet Antoine Griezmann and were rejected in their approach for Chelsea’s Diego Costa. Though the lure of Champions League will attract Origi, he is not expected to leave Klopp’s Liverpool after impressing on more than one occasion in the previous season.
And in what has become a norm in this transfer window, Jurgen Klopp has been linked with a move for another Borussia Dortmund player in Jakub Błaszczykowski.
The 30-year old winger hardly had anything to do under Tuchel at the Signal Iduna Park last season and is understood to be attracted at the proposition of reuniting with his former boss. However, no official statement has been made of any approach by the Anfield outfit for the 30-year old.
To continue, Liverpool were also linked with an ambitious move for the 22-year old Real Madrid star Mateo Kovacic. Kovacic is potentially a world class player but he has not been able to impress Zidane in the chances he got and is unsettled at the Bernabeu.

Klopp is understood to be an admirer of the Croat who might be interested in working with the German next season. But it is hardly possible for him to leave playing in the Champions League with Real Madrid to play for Liverpool who are currently not in Europe.
And to wrap up with the transfer saga of the day, Liverpool’s move for Georginio Wijnaldum seems to be stalling on a simple matter.
It is reported that the player missed a friendly with the Newcastle squad and it is rumored that the move to Liverpool was the reason. But the club insists that Liverpool meet his demands and Klopp wants to use Lucas Leiva as a part of a deal for the Dutch international. This has seen the deal hit a snag when it seemed like it was almost done.

Though there is no official word on the deal, it is understood that Wijnaldum is just steps away from moving to Anfield and it will not take long for the clubs to agree on a fee now that the player is interested in the move.
