Lucas Leiva would have been at Galatasaray if not for Klopp:
Last week, it was reported that Liverpool are close to letting veteran midfielder Lucas leave the club this summer with Turkish giants Galatasaray interested in his signing but a deal fell through.
It is now revealed that Lucas was ready for the move but Jurgen Klopp wanted him to stay at the club for a bit longer to ease the defensive pressures on the squad. So the Brazilian might have a role to play at Anfield this season.
