The Reds are without a first choice left-back in the squad with James Milner deputizing in that position to great effect this season.
However, Klopp has been looking at potential additions in the transfer window and has had an eye on Schalke’s Sead Kolasinac recently. The 22-year old is a free-agent at the end of the season and is only expected to cost around £6m from the German club this January but they will have to face competition from a few other clubs for his signature.
