Injury Alert: Man United Face Huge Injury Blow As Mourinho Faces New Problems

Manchester United have managed an impressive 4-0 win against Reading in the third round of FA Cup as they started their quest as defending champions successfully. The Red Devils have taken early lead thanks to the record-equalling goal from Wayne Rooney.
Youngsters Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford ensured that United put in a dominating display on the scorecard. However, the low point of the game came when Marcos Rojo was forced to be subbed off at 19th minute due to an injury.
Phil Jones was subbed on but the major concern is that the Argentine have hit the prime form over the past few weeks and have looked reliable for the club over the past few weeks.
However, it is not clear about the extent of the injury he suffered. If he is ruled out for a considerable time, Manchester United will need to make a move for one of their transfer targets as they will only have the likes of Chris Smalling and Phil Jones.
The central defense will lack the depth as Eric Bailly is also currently on international duty as he will be playing African Cup of Nations over the next few weeks. Daley Blind is another option but Mourinho is not interested to place him in central defense as the manager have shifted him to left back over the past few months.
Rojo has become a major player in their success over the past few weeks as he along with Phil Jones have managed to build a solid partnership in central defense that has seen United get back to winning ways on consistent basis.
The Argentine have so far managed 21 appearances for United across all competitions and Manchester United fans will be hoping that the injury will not be a major concern and will look to see him back in action as early as possible.
