According to the recent reports from ESPN FC, Manchester City and Napoli are looking favourites to sign Swansea City star forward Andre Ayew.
The 26-year old has been in sublime form last season as he scored 12 goals in Premier league and finished as top scorer for Swansea City whom they signed on a free transfer from French club Marseille.
The Ghanian international is still continuing his fine work at Liberty Stadium as he recently scored a sublime stunner in a pre-season game. This has led to a host of clubs interested in signing the talented forward.
Sources close to the player have reportedly told that Manchester City’s new manager Pep Guardiola is keen to sign the Ghanian as a replacement for Wilfried Bony whose future remains uncertain at the Etihad.
Italian giants Napoli are also looking to sign Ayew as a replacement for star striker Gonzalo Higuain. The Argentine who is on the verge of joining Juventus for a reported 94 million euros is the highest goalscorer in the Italian Serie A.
Napoli are looking at potential players to fill the void that will be left behind when Higuain joins Juventus and Andre Ayew is reportedly one of their primary targets going into the new season.
