According to latest reports, Manchester United are ready to sell their flop signing Angel di Maria to PSG which includes PSG’s defender Gregory Van der Wiel as a part of the deal.

The defender looked unhappy over the contract extension talks and has drawn interest from Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal. The player recently confirmed interest from big clubs when asked if he had any offers, he quoted saying, “Yes. I’m not worried. No French clubs but in England the big clubs who dispute the Champions League.”

Meanwhile British record signing Angel di Maria had a below par season when compared to his standards and Manchester United want to cash on the player as PSG are heavily interested in the 27-year old Argentine.

Manchester United and PSG fought intensely for Di Maria last season but PSG were restricted by FFP regulations and are looking to sign the player this season.

Manchester United are looking for a quality full-back and Van der Wiel will be a viable option as they have also set their sights on Barcelona’s Daniel Alves and Southampton’s Nathaniel Clyne.
