Smalling out with toe injury:
The England international was not a part of the squad that played the game against Swansea at the weekend and Mourinho ate into him after the game questioning his commitment.
However, he is now ruled out for atleast 4 weeks nursing an injury to his toe and is not expected to be back in action atleast till Christmas. (BBC)
