Mourinho demands respect, takes dig at Wenger
The Manchester United manager took no time to take a dig at the Arsenal manager and asked the media to pay him as much respect as they pay to his counterpart.
“I think Mr Wenger has that respect from all of you, I don’t think I have, especially because my last Premier League title was 18 months ago, not 18 years ago. It was 18 months ago. So I don’t think that I get that respect but it’s not because of that that I sleep better or not so good, I just follow my way because I want to win a ninth championship and a fourth Premier League. I want to do that here. I am in the club where I want to be, it’s as simple as that,” Mourinho said, speaking ahead of the game against Arsenal. (Telegraph)
