According to latest reports, Manchester United are ready to bid for Chelsea Number two Petr Cech if the Red Devils shot stopper David de Gea move away from Old Trafford this summer.
Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech is heavily linked to move away from Stamford Bridge this summer after losing out his place to Thibaut Courtois as a first choice goalkeeper. The Czech international have drawn interest from the likes of Arsenal, Real Madrid and Liverpool besides the Red Devils.
Manchester United has been linked with the likes of Hugo Lloris if de Gea wants to move away from Old Trafford. But Petr Cech seems to be top choice for van Gaal as per the recent reports.
The manager recently said that they already found replacements for David de Gea –
“When we have a very good scouting commission, then we shall already know who shall be the next goalkeeper. We also have a list of goalkeepers who can replace him because we have to be organised always. Not only for that position but for every position.”
The player has put hold the deal despite Manchester United offering a lot of money for him but the player seems to replace Casillas at Real Madrid next season.
Petr Cech is a proven quality in premier league and still is one of the best goal-keepers in the world. Manchester United can use Petr Cech as a replacement for David de Gea for the next few seasons if the transfer happens.
