Memphis Depay wanted by two Ligue 1 clubs:

Ligue 1 giants Lyon have entered the race to sign out of favour Manchester United winger Memphis Depay. Lyon’s domestic rivals Nice are also keen to secure the services of the Netherlands international but neither of the club is willing to buy the player on a permanent deal which might prove to be a roadblock in the deal. United boss Mourinho does not see Depay in his plans but he is not willing to let him go a loan deal.
Lyon chairman Jean-Michel Aulas has revealed the club is using ex-Liverpool manager Gerard Houllier as a middle-man to pave the way for signing the winger.
Aulas told FootMercato: “Currently, we are trying to achieve a big operation in the transfer window, but be discreet. I do not know if it can be done, but it’s worth trying. We are trying to strengthen ourselves with that.
“Gerard will help us because you have to speak English to this operation.”
