Manchester United defender Phil Jones has backed Paul Pogba to be a hit in Premier League. The Frenchman has been severely criticized for his inconsistent performances since joining the club.
However, he has silenced his critics with his Man of the Match performance against Swansea City in which he scored an outrageous 25-yard volley.
Jones told MUTV: “I see it in the papers time and time again; Paul Pogba this and Paul Pogba that. The guy is an unbelievable player, he’s world class!
“He needs time to settle in, the price tag isn’t his fault, he’s a terrific player and a great lad. We’ll see more of him this season, I’m sure.”
