With Memphis Depay securing a move to Lyon and Anthony Martial struggling to do well, Benfica winger Goncalo Guedes was linked with the Old Trafford outfit. The rumours were further fueled after Benfica president Luis Filipe Vieira travelled to London for talks with Guedes’ agent, Jorge Mendes.
However, the 20-year old is now all set to join French champions Paris Saint-Germain. He is now completing the formalities to complete his move to Parc des Princes after PSG agreed a £22 million fee with Benfica.
