According to latest reports, Manchester City are ready to offer Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba a contract worth £250,000 per week after tax. The player have drawn interest from a host of clubs which include Chelsea, Manchester United, Barcelona, Real Madrid, PSG and Bayern Munich.
Paul Pogba have moved to Juventus from Manchester United as a free agent in 2013 and then become the world’s best player in his position over the last two seasons with the Italian giants.
Manchester City are optimistic that the play maker will sign for them as they are ready to make him the highest paid midfielder in the world. The 22 year old have been in sensational form before injury hampered him during the second leg in their Champions League quarterfinal tie aagainst Borussia Dortmund.
Manchester City have Yaya Toure as the main play maker and Pogba would make a perfect defensive duo for City as they look to make their mark on Champions League which they have failed over the years.
Manchester City are ready to offer a deal worth £12.5 million-a-year which will see the player earn as much as £385,000 a week before tax. Pogba’s agent Rioala is reportedly very happy as the deal would see Juventus earn a minimum amount of £50million and his client earn the highest wage for any midfielder in the world.
