Arsenal and Norway captain Martin Odegaard appears to have confirmed his relationship with new partner Helene Spilling. The footballer, 24, looked to become Instagram official with the ballerina, 26, on Thursday, when he uploaded a slew of adorable photos with her.
They ignited romance rumours after being photographed together at the London Football Awards in March, but have yet to confirm their connection. Martin Odegaard appeared to be proclaiming their blooming romance when he tweeted a slew of lovely photos of himself cuddling up to Helena, including photographs of her cheering him on at his matches.

It all started after Martin Odegaard, 24, turned to Instagram to share a series of romantic photos with Helene. Martin was shirtless in one photo as he cuddled up to Helene while sunbathing, with the two practically kissing as they cosied up to one another.
Martin Odegaard also tweeted a funny photo of Helene kissing his face as they stood on the pitch before an Arsenal game. She was dressed in his number 8 Arsenal jersey and trousers as she ran about with the footballer, who placed his arm around her. Helene was also seen wearing his Arsenal jersey in a photo of the two of them heading down the tunnel, while Martin was dressed in his football kit.
In another photo, the couple can be seen enjoying a sun-soaked retreat while on a bike ride on a recent vacation. Martin looked dapper in a cream shirt and sunglasses, while Helene sported white frayed shorts and a patterned waistcoat. Martin stared affectionately at his new partner as they held hands while out on a dinner date in the final image.
Martin wore a white T-shirt and a grey collared jacket while smiling and looking at Helena, who wore a black blazer. Along with the photos, he exclaimed: ‘Life is good.’
Helene Spilling is three years older than Martin Odegaard, and the length of their relationship is unknown. Spilling is a dancer who has been on Norway’s version of Strictly Come Dancing, ‘Skal vi Danse’. In 2021, she won the dance competition.
Helene presently has over 83,000 Instagram followers, where she routinely publishes photographs of herself dancing and having fun. She was there last month when Odegaard was named Premier League player of the year at the London Football Awards. And it’s probable she’ll be seen cheering for her guy in the flesh at Arsenal games next season.
