According to reports, Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has finally managed to get rid of the ‘mole’ that was leaking the team lineup before the matches.
The Portuguese tactician has made a tough start to life with the Red Devils and his misery only increased after some off the field matters. The report claimed that a United fan had been receiving messages from the mole about the predicted lineups the night before Premier League matches. The news outlet reported in September that they were shown a message that showed United’s starting XI three hours before their clash with Ukrainian side Zorya Luhansk.

Furious with the leaks, Mourinho launched an investigation to find out about the mole who was revealing his pre-match plans and it seems the manager has been successful in his attempt as the leaks have stopped now. The report claimed that the Portuguese tactician has either found the culprit or the source has stopped revealing the plans to save himself from the wrath of the Special One.
As quoted in the paper, a United insider said last month: “Mourinho is spitting feathers after discovering he’s being betrayed by someone within the club. This sort of information is gold dust for opposition managers and gamblers.”
Well, now that the manager has found out the mole, he can finally look to make some progress with the Red Devils. The former Chelsea manager has been planning a major overhaul of the team as he looks to make a team worthy of challenging the title and reports are suggesting that he is ready to axe several first team stars. Mourinho’s men are currently sixth in the table, eight points shy of table-toppers Liverpool.
