Having managed to stitch a decent run of form in the domestic league this season, Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United are within reach of a place in the Champions League next season, after their less than impressive start to the campaign.
The Red Devils put on a show against Saint Ettiene in the 1st leg of the Round of 32 encounter of the Europa League recently and are well placed to advance into the next round and the manager will hope that he can keep both doors to the Champions League open, till the end of the season.
The manager is evidently unhappy with the options at his disposal this season and has been looking to add a number of star players to his squad at the end of the season.

He has been linked to some of the biggest names in Europe and reports today have revealed who his top two transfer targets are for the summer transfer window at the end of the season.
Jose Mourinho helped Stamford Bridge outfit Chelsea to the Premier League title not so long ago and according to reports from Mirror, he is not hoping to lure a couple of his former players to the Old Trafford at the end of the season.
Brazilian winger Willian and Serbian midfielder Nemanja Matic, are both important players in the first team under Antonio Conte at the Stamford Bridge this season but Mourinho is now desperate for their signature and is ready to break the bank in the summer.
Willian, who has been in London for a long time now, was instrumental in Chelsea winning the title under Mourinho and has also been in superb form this season under Conte. Mourinho wants to add some attacking players to his squad after the departure of Memphis Depay in January and wants Willian to be the man to replace him.

Matic on the other hand, was one of the most important players for Mourinho, as he is a player who suits his style of play really well. He is the first choice midfielder for Conte alongside N Golo Kante this season and it is expected that the Italian manager will not be interested in selling either player to their immediate rivals.
Both players are currently settled at the Bridge and will not be available on the cheap.
But with plenty of Premier League experience coming along, Mourinho might be tempted to break the bank and persuade the duo to join Manchester United in the summer.
Do you think Mourinho can get his hands on either player at the end of the season?
