After poor showings this season which mounted a huge amount of pressure on Brendan Rodgers after a dismal last season, Liverpool sacked the Northern Irishman yesterday.
They are looking for replacements and Jurgen Klopp is the name which the fans fancy and it is evident that the owners also want the German.
Jurgen Klopp has done a brilliant work at Borussia Dortmund before which made his name famous across the world. In his seven seasons at Signal Iduna Park winning Bundesliga twice, DFB Pokal once, DFB Supercup twice and also finished as runners-up in UEFA champions League 2012-13.
He lifted the team from scratches and made them a force in Germany and broke the monopoly of Bayern in Germany for a short while.
He was awarded German Football Manager of the Year twice and also was runners up in FIFA World Coach of the Year in 2013.
Klopp is massively popular among the fans for his passion on the sidelines, determination and working well with a weaker team making them world class. He temporarily broke Bayern’s domination in Germany and also made some world class talents reach their potentials like Robert Lewandowski, Mario Gotze, Mats Hummels, Shinji Kagawa, Nuri Sahin and many more.
