Valdes joined the Red Devils only last season on a free transfer after his contract expired at Barcelona.
But he made only 2 appearances last season for the Red Devils and featured for the under 21 team of them.
He had a fallout with manager Louis van Gaal and it even came public.
It is thought Valdes has been offered a two-year deal with the option of a third season.
However, it is unknown whether or not Valdes would be open to joining the Turkish outfit.
Valdes won La Liga six times for Barcelona and he has many other honours in his resume.
He won UEFA Champions League three times and was awarded Gold Medal of the Royal Order of Sporting Merit in 2011.
The two times La Liga goalkeeper of the year is set to join the Turkish side officially any time soon.
