Juve rejects opening offer, but Pogba just a few million euros away from a move to OT 1

The Manchester United fans all around the world woke up to some great news in the papers regarding their summer transfer activity.

In what is potentially the biggest transfer of the summer, the Old Trafford outfit are all but ready to make their next signing in French sensation Paul Pogba.

It is revealed that the Juventus midfielder, who has been an integral part of the squad in Italy over the last couple of years, is now keen on a come back into the Premier League.

A chance to play under Jose Mourinho, in one of the best clubs in Europe with the promise of huge salary increase seems to have done enough for Pogba to attract him to Old Trafford this summer.

Pogba who left Manchester United back in 2012 is currently earning €4.5 million a season in Italy and has helped the Juventus side to back to back league titles in the country.

He also helped them to the final of a Champions League and at just 23-years of age, he has established himself as one of the best players in his position.

This has seen the Red Devils offer him a five-year deal worth €12m per annum in order to entice him back to the club.

However, this is hardly the issue.

The biggest problem in the deal has been the asking price for the player. The Italian outfit are ready to let go of the player only if their valuation for the midfielder is met.

Juventus value the French international at €125m which, if met, is a world record fee in the history of the sport. United reportedly had a £85m bid rejected recently which further shows that the Italian side are not going to let him go at a lower price.

If Pogba really is worth that price is an argument for another day but Manchester United are reportedly ready to meet his valuation in the coming days according to the Gazzetaworld.com.

It has been established that Juventus are finally ready to let go of the player this summer and is now a matter of time before Manchester United make their official bid for the player.

The 23-year old is also monitored by the likes of Real Madrid but it was revealed that the player has expressed his desire to return to Manchester with his agent Mino Raiola.

All these comments will make Manchester United fans nervous and only an official announcement will give them the correct information but if these rumours are to be believed, Pogba may well play in the Premier League next season.
