Chelsea have completed an amazing season by winning yet another Premier League trophy under Jose Mourinho. Since the first week of the league, Jose Mourinho has marshaled his men to be relentless in winning the league this season.
Crucially for the blues, it was more of a team effort than a league title constructed by the individual brilliance. Players like Nemanja Matic, Cesc Fabregas, Branislav Ivanovic, Diego Costa, Eden Hazard and John Terry have pulled this team together and led them this season’s premier league title.
This season has brought the curtains down to two of Chelsea’s all-time greats Didier Drogba and Petr Cech. The duo is set to depart from the club next season and they got a proper send off by the fans and the team mates.
