Having played his first game for City on the 1st of February, Jesus soon turned into the first choice striker for Guardiola, that ahead of Sergio Aguero at the Etihad this season. Though he picked up a long, unfortunate injury, he has still been the best player for Manchester City in February to streak this award away from David Silva who was also fantastic. His performances against Swansea, Tottenham and West Ham show that he can be a great player in the future for City.
