Predicted Liverpool line up against Norwich in absence of Jordan Henderson
Liverpool were dealt a major blow in their build up to the Norwich game as the news of Jordan Henderson having a broken bone in his right foot. According to Liverpool Echo, Henderson will be out for a minimum 8 weeks.
This has left Brendan Rodgers in a tight spot as the Liverpool manager looks to field his best playing XI, which is without a win in last 4 games including a defeat to Manchester United in their last league game.
Predicted Liverpool starting XI vs Norwich
For now, it does seem like Rodgers will stick to his tried and trusted 4-3-3 formation with James Milner being the pivotal figure from midfield. For the game against Norwich, Philippe Coutinho will be back in the starting line up following his 1-game suspension for the red card against West Ham.
Rodgers is hopeful over a timely return for Daniel Sturridge for the game against Norwich and to play some part in the game, be it from the start or off the bench. A win will be the least Liverpool and Rodgers will be expecting from the game after the pressure has increased on the Anfield team to get a win.
