Dealt with a big blow the Los Blancos along with their city rivals have been banned from participating in two transfer windows, but that hasn’t stopped the Madrid giants from aiming high and readying themselves to bid for the very best of the Premier League.
Having defied regulations pertaining to the signings of youth players, the Madrid clubs were banned from indulging in any transfers before the summer of 2017. As expected, Real Madrid has filed an appeal and would hope to reduce the ban to January of 2017. In that light the Madrid giants are ready to make a go at getting EPL stars in the face of De Gea, Harry Kane, Eden Hazard and John Stones to the Santiago Bernabeu.
The main aim of Madrid to go after the cream of the Premier League is to strengthen the squad and add more fire power who can aid key players like Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale. Hazard and Kane are the new age players who bring a lot of pace and innovation on the pitch and given their exploits in the most competitive league in the world, their talents is unquestionable!
Atletico Madrid who has been slapped with a similar ban is also said to go out of their way to get their angry old man, Diego Costa, back home. Apart from Costa the Rojiblancos are also said to be interested in signing a certain Odin Ighalo from Watford who has notched 13 goals this season.
Though the ban imposed makes the Madrid teams cripple in the sense of getting new talent to their sides but it allows a fan of the two teams to also revel in the greatness of players like Ronaldo, Bale, Isco, Griezmann without the gutting transfer rumours!
