The 13th of November was a sad day in world history as the beautiful city of Paris underwent severe terror attacks. Friday, the 13th was yet again marked unlucky for the world as 127 people were killed to death. According to sources, 7 terror attacks took place in the city including two explosions which were heard near the Stade de France where the match between France and Germany was going on.
Amongst the people who passed way in the attacks, was the cousin of a football player. Frenchman Lassana Diarra revealed the news of his cousin, Asta Diakitie’s death on Twitter some hours ago. Lassana was saddened over the situation and claimed that he shared a good bond with his elder sister who had been a great support in his life.
He posted on Twitter few hours ago about the same.

When translated, it means,
”As you perhaps already read I have been personally affected by these attacks my cousin Asta Diakitie was among the victims of one of the shootings that took place, just like hundreds of other innocent French people.”
“For me she was a great support, a big sister.”
“In the climate of terror it’s important for all of us, who are representatives of our country and its diversity, to speak up and stay united in the face of a horror which has neither colour nor religion.
“Together we must protect, love, respect and peace. Thank you to everyone for your updates and messages. Take care of you and yours, and may the victims rest in peace.”
Reports revealed that bombing took place outside the stadium killing three people. It must have indeed been really tough for the Marseille player to go through this terrifying phase. Our thoughts go out to him and his family. Stay strong, Lassana. May her soul rest in peace.
