Romelu Lukaku Has Already Told His Agent The Club He Wants To Play For Next Season

Manchester United and Jose Mourinho look set to miss out on one of their top transfer targets in Romelu Lukaku this summer.

The Belgian international is one of the best finishers in the Premier League at the moment and is the top goal scorer at the moment this season.

He has been in impeccable form and has already revealed that he has decided to quit the club at the end of the season.

Ronald Koeman, the current Everton boss has already spoken about the fact that he will not be able to keep the 23-year old at the club next season.

And this has seen some of the biggest clubs in England scout for him for a move this summer.

According to reports, Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City will all fight for the £70m rated star this summer.

Lukaku was sold to Everton by Jose Mourinho who was not able to integrate him into the first team in his spell at the Stamford Bridge at that time.

The Belgian was sold to Everton on a permanent basis after an initial year on loan, a productive one, and Lukaku is now adamant that he is left shattered after Mourinho rejected him at the Stamford Bridge.

And English news outfit The Sun now claim that Lukaku has decided to snub Mourinho’s Manchester United for a move back to the Stamford Bridge, where he wants to prove himself.

The report suggests that Lukaku has already spoken to his agent Mino Raiola that he favours a move to London and is also ready to accept a wage package that is less than what he is offered at the Old Trafford.

Jose Mourinho lost Zlatan Ibrahimovic through injury recently and it does not look like the Swede will be able to play regularly for United late in the season, even if he signs an extension.

So the manager has been desperate for some additions this summer and is looking at the likes of Antoine Griezmann and Andrea Belotti alongside Lukaku as possible alternatives.

However, this report now claims that Lukaku has virtually rejected Manchester United, paving way for Chelsea to snap him up.

Chelsea was ready to make a £70m bid for him anyway this summer and that might be enough to land him this summer.

It is reported that is willing to accept an offer less than the £200,000-a-week wages United are prepared to offer him, which will also home in handy for Chelsea. Where do you think Lukaku will play his football next season?
