The German midfielder, Toni Kroos feels his team-mate, Leroy Sane has a potential to be a match-winner, but he lacks attitude.
Toni Kroos has come out with a brutal comment on Sane.
Sane, who was shockingly left out of Joachim Low’s 23-man World Cup squad in Russia is now struggling in Manchester City too. The youngster didn’t get the opportunity to start for City yet.
And this was not enough to take for the young forward. The winger was left out of the squad in City’s 2-1 victory against Newcastle United this weekend. Speaking with the vice-captain of Germany, Kroos believes Sane can be a real weapon for Germany. However, he also feels Leroy Sane needs to work on his character and attitude.

The Real Madrid midfielder also blasted with a statement saying Sane sometimes doesn’t care if Germany wins or lose a game.
“He could be a real weapon for us. I think Leroy is an absolute team player. You sometimes get the feeling that it doesn’t matter to him if we win or lose. But that’s only his body language. I don’t know if that’s the case. He has his qualities.”
Germany will kick-off their Nations League campaign with a match against World champions France. The game is set to take place this Thursday, and Kroos feels the youngster can be a vital asset for the side.
“It must be underlined that [Germany] don’t have another player like Leroy with all his qualities. He’s a player with all the makings to become world class. But also one who needs to be told to do so now and again.”
After the match against France, the 2014 World champions will face Peru in a friendly game on 10th September.
