It is also reported that the Crystal Palace left-back’s car was all smashed up and that they needed to cut open his roof to get him out safely.
It is also understood that he had to be driven to a hospital immediately and that the club and the fans are eagerly waiting to know about his condition officially.

Meanwhile, the Premier League club released a statement praying that Soare will be up a running in no time.

The Palace statement read: “Crystal Palace Football Club regret to confirm that Pape Souare was yesterday (Sunday) involved in a car accident and taken to hospital in London. The player has sustained injuries to his thigh and jaw bone and will remain in hospital whilst he receives treatment.
“The club are liaising closely with the hospital on his progress and we obviously wish him a speedy recovery. Our thoughts are with Pape and his family at this time.”

As revealed in the statement, the 26-year old is not too badly hurt but has sustained injuries to his thigh and jaw bone that might keep him away from the game for a while.
It is also revealed that Fire crews had to be called to cut open his car and that they used special equipment to get the player out of the site in no time.
A spokesman for the brigade told the Evening Standard: “Crews used specialist cutting equipment to free the trapped man and he was removed to hospital by London Air Ambulance.”
The police have revealed that it was a collision between two cars just after midday between junctions two and three on M4.
It is understood that the injuries are not life threatening and that the other driver in the car is also away from danger.
Let’s hope Pape Souare a speedy recovery.
