Idrissa Gueye (Aston Villa to Everton):
Another signing that does not belong in this list is former Aston Villa powerhouse Idrissa Gueye. The 27-year old has transformed the Everton side in a more confident one, making the midfield his fortress at the Goodison Park. He is yet to score or assist for Everton this season but his contributions in the middle of the field kept the Toffees unbeaten 5 games into the season. He has provided the mettle that Everton lacked in midfield in the previous seasons and he will allow them to compete with the best teams in the league this season.
