The London club is currently going through a bizarre phase in the Premier League after losing games constantly. Nothing seems to be working their way as the boss Mourinho too had ‘’nothing to say’’ when questioned about the team’s dreadful performance. However, the club looks to mend things as its high time they bounce back. The title defenders are looking to add strength to the squad to avoid being anywhere close to the relegation zone.

As the January transfer window is approaching, Chelsea gaffer Jose has already started eyeing key players to land up at the Stamford Bridge. According to Turkish sources (Fanatik), The Blues want Dutchman Wesley Sneijder in January. The 31 year old midfielder has formerly played under Jose Mourinho at Inter Milan where they clinched the treble, in 2010. Sneijder admires Jose and addresses him as a good coach and person. The Oranje player likes Mourinho and it seems possible that he would want to reunite with the manager.

Wesley signed a three year extension to his contract at Galatasaray, last week and expressed his wish to manage the club after he retires. Reports claim that the English club is ready to trigger the player’s £14 million release clause. If the Holland player moves to Chelsea, it would be a massive transfer deal in the Premier League. However things won’t be easy for them as rivals Manchester United have been continuously trying to seal the deal with the player, but haven’t reached the point of success, ever. News on the bid being made will be followed in some time.
