Tonight in Zurich will be the night when some players will be crowned and their names forever be written down in history. Lira’s goal is simply a treat! After passing the ball to a teammate and making a dummy pass, Wendell runs into the box to finish it all off with a magnificent bicycle kick.
Alessandro Floreni, Roma vs Barcelona, 16th December 2015
In the first match of the Champions League season, Floreni pulled off a blinder from near the half line. With getting the possession of the ball, Floreni made a run for it but not finding both his team mates and Stegen in not a decent position, the full back took a chance foiled in brilliant technique and knocked one past the goalkeeper who was left in a bundle!
