Theirry Henry has successfully returned to Arsenal and taken his first steps in to coaching where he will be working with the kids at Arsenal academy. Henry will coach the kids up to the age of 16 at the famous Hale End academy. This is seen as the perfect first step for Henry to eventually take over the reins at Arsenal from Arsene Wenger.
Arsenal’s Hale End academy is known to produce talented youngster, Jack Wilshere being the most famous name to have come from the academy. Henry retired from the game before Christmas is currently working as a pundit with Sky Sports.
Thierry Henry has always maintained his desire to come back to Arsenal in a substantial proportion. This step is viewed as Henry’s first steps in to coaching and management. Arsenal have granted Henry the permission to work with the talented youngsters at Arsenal’s Hale End Academy.
Theirry Henry has been swiftly working to gain his UEFA coaching badges. Henry worked some time in Wales to get his Uefa B license course with technical director Osian Roberts.
Henry joining the Hale End academy is his way of getting Uefa A coaching license. Arsenal are doing their bit to aid their former superstar in achieving his managerial goals.
Henry’s involvement with Arsenal’s academy further stalks up the claim of the Frenchman taking over from Arsene Wenger in coming season. Wenger himself has advocated Theirry Henry and how he sees his former captain to be at the helm of Arsenal’s managerial career one day.
Arsene Wenger is not the only one to advocate Henry as the next Arsenal manager. Henry’s former teammate Robert Pires is convinced that Henry will indeed take over from Arsene Wenger.
