1.Udo Lattek (Bayern Munich; 1975):
Easily the craziest sacking of all time, Lattek helped Bayern to 3 successive Bundesliga titles and also won the European Cup in 1974, going on to become the first German to achieve the feat. However, the next season, Bayern had a poor start to their domestic campaign which saw Lattek get fired. Bayern went on to win the European Cup a couple more times in the next two years but it was Lattek’s foundation that helped the team for the next few years.
