While the summer transfer window is slammed shut, all the teams are setting their sights to reinforce their squads in January transfer window.
All the top European leagues are in full swing now and according the needs of the squads exploiting from the performances of the teams, all the managers are looking to fulfil those needs in January when the transfer window reopens.
Here are some biggest transfer rumours according to some leading dailies and websites-
1> Eden Hazard to Real Madrid-
PFA Player of the Year from last season, Chelsea’s Belgian winger and playmaker Eden Hazard is wanted at Santiago Bernabeu according to The Sunday Times.
The Belgian is not in his best form so far this season and Real Madrid wants the 24-year-old to replace superstar Cristiano Ronaldo for a long time.
2> Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona-
While, Liverpool are not at their best from last season, the player who always impressed for the Reds was Philippe Coutinho. Liverpool FC Player of the Year from last season is wanted at Camp Nou to sharpen the attack of Lionel Messi, his former teammate Luis Suarez and best friend Neymar.
The Sunday Times reveal that Coutinho is wanted by the European champions as a log term replacement for ageing Andres Iniesta.
3> Marko Rog to Liverpool-
Liverpool is wanting 20-year-old Dinamo Zagreb’s Croatian midfielder Marko Rog according to The Sun. they are looking to sign him in January but will loan him to Dinamo to continue his development.
4> Morgan Fox to Manchester United-
Manchester United are chasing Charlton Athletic defender Morgan Fox to replace Luke Shaw who is out for a long time, according to The Mirror.
But Charlton is also looking to make the 22-year-old Welsh fullback a new deal as they fear that United might get him.
5> Nabil Fekir to Manchester United-
Manchester United is looking to sign Lyon sensation 22-year-old Nabil Fekir according to Metro.
Fekir enjoyed a breakthrough campaign last season, scoring 13 league goals and registering nine assists to help fire Lyon back into the Champions League. He is doing well this season too, four goals in four games but unfortunately, suffered a ligament injury to be out for six months. United are still looking to sign him next summer, but that depends on how he performs after getting back from injury.
6> Ruben Neves to Chelsea-
Chelsea are looking to sign 18-year-old FC Porto wonder kid Ruben Neves to bolster their midfield according to Daily Star.
According to the Star, Neves “shows maturity combined with an accurate passing skill, great vision and an astute sense of positioning” — a player Chelsea could certainly do with at the moment, by the sounds of it.
7> Thiago to Manchester City-
After a whole summer chasing Juventus star Paul Pogba, Manchester Cty has found an alternative of the Frenchman in Bayern Munish midfielder Thiago Alcantara, according to Goal.
