1. Everton Soares to Arsenal:

4. Romelu Lukaku to Inter Milan:
Manchester United have reportedly rejected a €60 million initial bid from Inter Milan. They are looking to get €75 million from this deal and compensate for the amount they invested in him. Newly appointed Inter manager Antonio Conte rates Lukaku very highly and with the club announcing their striker Mauro Icardi not in plans for next year and most likely to leave, they may go all out for Lukaku.
5. William Saliba to Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur:
18 year old, Saint Etienne centre back, William Saliba is very close to a move to the Premier league. The transfer battle is here between the North Londoners; Arsenal and Tottenham, with a North London derby battle taking place here for the signatures. However, it looks as he is most likely to sign for Arsenal. Saliba will cost the club around £30 million.
